Dragons will not be available to play as characters.
Dragons are powerful ancient beings who have potentially game-breaking powers and thus would be too OP for a single player to control. Also, the focus of this RP is how the normal people of Tamriel without the benefit of a dragon soul would deal with these roaming monsters as they laid waste to everything around them.
Therefore, dragon attacks will be random events which will occur throughout the RP at regular intervals. Characters who are in the area when a dragon attacks are able to drop into the thread and try to fight off the dragon or alteratively benefit from the chaos as everyone scrambles to deal with a massive flying lizard who can breathe fire.
